EN-GJL-200 to EN-GJL-350
"A river of iron
for the sea of quality"
Melt shop equipment
The state-of-the-art melt shops at both sites have a total yearly capacity of more than 100,000 tons. The base materials we use include pig iron, steel scrap, cast iron scrap, and recycled materials. Electricity and coke are the energy sources. The composition of the raw materials for the primary molding process is analyzed continuously.
In addition, our automated magnesium wire treatment with a digital forklift control system is unique worldwide. The technology makes maximum process reliability possible and best quality for our hand-mold and machine-mold castings.
What you can expect:
The individual production begins in the consulting and development phases and not just with the first cast iron part. When our design engineers determine which cores can be reused several times, they do so in order to exactly produce your cast parts even more economically.
This is what we mean by advice that begins with listening carefully. We adopt your requirements and incorporate our experience right from the start.
Development is a process that is based not only on our experience. With the help of modern IT-based processes such as the solidification simulation, we optimize the production of each and every cast part.
We are motivated by your success.
